James leads Structural Engineering and Structural Mechanics at SGH, establishing the group’s overall strategic direction and standards for technical excellence. He has extensive experience in both structural engineering and building enclosure structures, with work including new structural design, investigation and retrofit of existing buildings, and design of high-performance building facade structures. A practicing artist, James brings his creative vision and breadth of experience to the design process, enabling him to deliver realistic and high-performing solutions that reflect a deep understanding of building and enclosure structures.
