The Brannan
Scope/Solutions
As part of the revitalization for the South of Market area of San Francisco, Reliance Development Group wanted to build three luxury condominium buildings. The 700,000 sq ft Brannan complex consists of seventeen-story towers with a total of 356 units. SGH consulted on the building enclosure for the project.
SGH worked with the architect on design development through completion of construction documents on the design of the building enclosure, including roofing, cement plaster walls, and waterproofing for podium decks, balcony decks, and below-grade components.
During the construction phase, we observed the installation of waterproofing systems and materials to compare with the design intent. SGH also assisted the project team in evaluating value engineering substitutions proposed by the contractor.

Adjacent to Hollywood’s historic Capitol Records, the new eighteen-story, mixed-use tower at 1755 Argyle Avenue houses 114 apartments, 2,100 sq ft of ground-level retail space, onsite parking, and a landscaped pool deck. SGH consulted on the building enclosure design.
